This is the 2nd time I used Limelight in the past 6 months.
1st was to replace a cracked cast iron drain pipe. Kyler was sent to assess, estimate, and fix the situation. He did an awesome job replacing the old pipe in tight quarters under my house. He was very professional, prompt, friendly, and willing to help!
2nd was a malfunctioning furnace on an emergency call. Brady A was sent at the end of the day. He swiftly diagnosed and fixed my issue with no trouble at all. He answered all my questions and was extremely kind and relatable. He was very friendly to my dog and kids. That means a lot to me.

Had a critical plumbing issue requiring fairly quick attention. No idea who to contact. Had never even heard of Limelight, but saw a number of great reviews. When I did call, there was a person (Nikki) on the other end. She was immediately so helpful, kind, and informative! Fast forward, not even 24 hrs later, plumbing crisis resolved! Nikki helped arrange the appointment and Tony and Dan arrived as expected with excellent communication between all in the interim. Tony, who I spoke with about the issue initially, impressed me with some critical knowledge. Both Tony and Dan were kind, professional, and informative, answering any and all questions and even going above and beyond offering unsolicited advice and things to consider. Price seemed reasonable for parts and labor given my circumstances and there were no up-sells. It was, simply, as it needed to be and discussed accordingly. Most importantly, crisis resolved!
