Robert Turner was quick to respond to our service needs. We called, and he was out within two hours to fix our hot tub not getting any power. It was important to make sure it was fixed quickly so we didn't have a hard freeze. He was very informative and great to work with. It seems they also have some memberships you can sign up for if you want discounts. I didn't sign up yet but am highly considering it. No high pressure on their plans; he simply mentioned them. Everything was fixed within 20 minutes, and I'm one happy customer.

When Ben and Taryn completed the installation, they left my home better than it was when they got there, and the panel is a great upgrade for the house. I then had Limelight return to hook up a new hot tub and Ben was out sick, so Robert T came and was also fantastic. He was very courteous and his workmanship was top notch.

Needed some electrical work done to install a hot tub. Called and they came out same day. Needed it done in a hurry. Robert showed up on time, got it all done super quick, and everything was run very clean to what we needed. After the hot tub arrived, and needing Robert to come back out to fix (Aqua Spas' mistake), we called and Robert was back right away to save the day and get everything squared away for us. Highly recommend. Great service in the front office. Service techs that know what they're doing.

We were under a time crunch to get issues evaluated and repaired, and the office was able to accommodate our request for someone to come out right away. I received phenomenal electrical service from Limelight Services. Trevor Lance was my technician and was extremely thorough and courteous in his work. He successfully fixed some previously unpowered outlets in my dining room, installed an electrical outlet in my fireplace, and gave my circuit breaker box a tune-up. He had to work extremely diligently to find the source of the outlet problem. I would highly recommend Limelight Services—especially Trevor Lance. On a separate visit, I had great service from Aaron. He reviewed my furnace and A/C. He was very knowledgeable and provided great insight on things to be watching (especially with my furnace). On a 04/2026 visit, Brady did an outstanding job in deep cleaning my furnace and installing a new Aprilaire humidifier. He went “above and beyond” in relocating the humidifier unit and other wiring detail. I am extremely pleased with the service that Brady provided.

Brayden showed up on time and was ready to dive into the chaos of diagnostics on a 40-year-old home. He was thorough with the diagnostics and as he left each room, he closed up and put everything back. When we were done at the end, there was literally no additional cleanup. He asked about remodels and peeled back layers of them and came up with a bunch of options for cost, time, and “today.” Also didn’t mind me asking questions about the options, I rolled the dice and he only had to open one spot in the wall to fix my power issue and in the process found another short that I didn’t even know was there because of the power issue. Heck, the drywall was already ready for same tape and mud. Would easily recommend again.

I am leaving this review before the tech has even left. These guys are amazing, very, very professional, and I would recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical work! I called and had an immediate response. The tech, Trevor Lance, was very professional, very knowledgeable, and just a great individual to work with! The work performed was outstanding! I can tell you this is a 10 star company if there were such things, but I had to settle for a 5 star rating because that’s all it gave me for options! I had 3 designated circuits put in and 2 bad exterior outlets replaced, one being a GFCI because it was currently a standard outlet with no GFCI protection, which was news to me! Glad I never got zapped! Very, very happy! I just want to go a little further and say that Trevor also took time to explain everything to me, as well as made sure his work looked good! You do not see this every day! Please, if you’re looking for a company to take care of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical, reach out (you will not be disappointed).
