Jeremiah was great to work with—personable, professional, funny, and capable. He was able to get our backed-up kitchen sink working after wrestling with it for quite a while, and did his best to make sure I was aware of any additional costs for each next step of troubleshooting. The area under the sink is now the cleanest part of our kitchen. Nobody wants to need a plumber, but if you do, it's nice to have one who can provide a good experience and fix the problem you have.

They made a lot of effort to not have to cut into our drywall so that we did not have an extra expense, and if they had to, they had referrals for us to get it repaired.
