Had a critical plumbing issue requiring fairly quick attention. No idea who to contact. Had never even heard of Limelight, but saw a number of great reviews. When I did call, there was a person (Nikki) on the other end. She was immediately so helpful, kind, and informative! Fast forward, not even 24 hrs later, plumbing crisis resolved! Nikki helped arrange the appointment and Tony and Dan arrived as expected with excellent communication between all in the interim. Tony, who I spoke with about the issue initially, impressed me with some critical knowledge. Amazing Service! I needed 2 emergency lights replaced they were over in a flash and replaced both lights. The tech cleaned up after himself and was very professional. Robert was also very efficient and among the items he fixed/installed he knew the problem with one of the switches was the switch itself rather than something else (as another company tried to tell us). Great friendly service. We were having trouble with some plugs not working all of a sudden and Joel came out to troubleshoot. It was next day service, he arrived on time, and he quickly diagnosed the problem.
